The living room coach turns into a queen bed for comofrtable sleeping. The second-floor balcony provides a delightful spot to enjoy the ocean breeze and soak in the sights of Miami Beach. It's an ideal space for a morning cup of coffee or an evening spent watching the waves roll in. As you make your way to the first floor, you'll discover a master bedroom with a king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. The attached bathroom is functional and equipped with the essentials for daily use. A second bedroom features a twin-size bed and a pull-out twin bed underneath, accommodating a variety of sleeping arrangements. This adjacent bathroom ensures convenience and privacy for guests it also has a patio exit that leads you to the newly renovated heated pool. There is a tiki bar/restaurant adjacent to the pool, which is so convenient. With a direct entrance to the beach boardwalk from the first floor, you can easily access the sandy shores and enjoy the laid-back beach lifestyle. Take leisurely walks through the beach boardwalk that can take you all the way to south beach, relax in the sun, or dip your toes in the ocean – it's all just steps away. We professionally inspect and treat our property regularly for pests and sanitize thoroughly between guests. Please report any issues immediately for your comfort and safety. Florida has tropical weather all year long and that attracts many different pests.
