Great place right off the boardwalk on Miami Beach. Hotel areas on the other side of the building can feel busy but Alejandro’s and Gina’s place felt separated and homey. Super great place and some amazing views right out the window. Perfect place to stay while waiting on a cruise ship!

Perfect location! Walk right out to the pool from one bedroom of the condo or walk out just steps from the beach from the master bedroom. The beautiful palm try from the balcony with the sounds of the ocean was a great spot to relax, morning or night :) Thank you again for sharing your home with us. We will be back!

We absolutely loved this unit. The way it’s designed is better than most anywhere. On the backside of the unit it has direct access to the pool area without having to walk through the building to get there. The same goes for the frontside of the unit. On the upper level you have a balcony with a great view of the ocean, and right below it on the lower level it allows you to walk directly onto the beach, again without having to walk through the building to get to the beach. It’s so convenient, and the design of this unit makes it really unique. Only a few units in the building allowed this.
The owners were very responsive to all messages we sent, and we received clear instructions on how to find the unit.
With that said, the only real negative is there’s no self parking option with this building so you have to do valet and they aren’t the fastest.
If we visit Miami again, we would definitely stay here, but skip renting a car and just use Lyft or Uber.

Very clean and comfy. amazing location, 5 min walk to beach. a couple minute walk to Walgreens, restaurants. Cheap Uber to South Beach. Quiet and Safe. host very responsive and quick to respond.
